Cinnamon swirl Overnight Oats (26/05/24)

Ingredients:

200g oats

80g vanilla whey

350ml coconut milk (or any other milk subsitute)

1 tbsp cinnamon

1 tbsp stevia

 

for the topping:

200g fage 0% yoghurt

100g reduced fat soft cheese 

70g white chocolate 

sprinkle of cinnamon 

 

 

method:

1. In a big bowl mix together the oats, whey, stevia, cinnamon, and coconut milk and transfer into 4 jars/bowls.

2. For the topping mix the soft cheese, yoghurt and melted white choclate and mix till smooth.

3. Top evenly onto the oat mixture then sprinkle some cinnamon on top.

4. refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Storage : 
Can be Refrigerated  or Frozen
1. After cooking your batch , do NOT store until it has cooled ot an ambient temperature ( 90mins or so)
2. Food can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days
3. Ensure your fridge is set to 2 degrees
4.Food can be storage in the freezer for 2 -3 Months.
5. After its been frozen, its good practice to allow your food to defrost overnight in the fridge at 2 degrees .
