Baked Protein Crumpets

Ingredients: 

  • 2 Warburtons Crumpets 
  • 2 Eggs (whites only)
  • 50ml Almond Milk 
  • 1 tsp. Stevia 
  • 20g Vanilla Whey Protein 
  • 5 Strawberries 
  • 15g skinnyfood white chocolate spread

Method: 

  • Spray a small bowl with fry light and add the chopped-up crumpets 
  • Add the egg whites to another bowl and mix in the almond milk and Stevia
  • Add the mixture to the crumpets and pop in the oven for 15 mins at 180/Gas mark 4
  • Remove when cooked and pop the strawberries and top
  • To complete sprinkle the white chocolate spread on top
