Nutella Baked Oats

Ingredients: 

200g oats

80g chocolate whey

2 ripe bananas

1 tsp baking powder

220ml semi skimmed milk (or plant based)

40g nutella

 

topping:

200g fage 0% yoghurt 

25g crushed hazelnuts 

handful raspberries 

 


 

Method: 

  • Pre heat the oven to 180c. 
  • First mash up the banana, then mix in the oats, protein powder, baking powder, nutella and milk. Give it a good stir. 
  • Add some baking paper to an oven proof dish then add in the mixture making sure its spread out evenly. 
  • Pop in the oven for 18-20 mins @ 180c. 
  • Evenly divide the yoghurt, crushed hazelnuts and raspberries and serve on top. 
Storage : 
Can be Refrigerated  or Frozen
1. After cooking your batch , do NOT store until it has cooled ot an ambient temperature ( 90mins or so)
2. Food can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days
3. Ensure your fridge is set to 2 degrees
4.Food can be storage in the freezer for 2 -3 Months.
5. After its been frozen, its good practice to allow your food to defrost overnight in the fridge at 2 degrees .
6. Ensure food is piping hot throughout
