Ingredients:
- 300g chicken mince
- 2 tbsp nandos peri peri seasoning
- 300g potatoes
- 2 tbsp cheesy chips seasoning
- 2 brioche buns
- 60g reduced fat halloumi
- handful of lettuce
- 2 tbsp perinause
- 2 tbsp chilli jam
- Method:
- Season the potatoes with the cheesy seasoning and some spray oil and AF for 18-20 mins at 200c.
- Season the chicken mince with the per peri rub and flatten into burger shapes and fry for 12-15 mins till fully cooked through
- Add the halloui to the pan with 5 mins to go and cook till golde.
