Step by step
Fry off the chorizo until the oil starts to release.
Add the chicken and fry for 5-6 minutes
Whack in the paprika and onion then cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add in tomato puree, soft cheese and 2-3 tbsp water.
Mix well then layer the wrap up with 20g cheese per wrap.
*if meal prepping allow the mixture to fully cool first before adding it to the wrap otherwise it will go soggy. To reheat use a pan, oven or airfryer
