Ingredients:
- 130g chicken
- 1 wrap (i used old El Paso)
- 20g sundried tomatoes
- 50g reduced fat soft cheese
- 25g reduced fat cheddar
- 2tbsp paprika
- 1tbsp tomato puree
- 1tbsp chilli powder
- Handful of spinach
Method:
- Cut up your chicken breast and season with chilli powder and paprika
- Place chicken in airfryer with some spray and cook at 200c for 10 mins
- Place the cooked chicken in a bowl alongside the soft cheese, sun dried tomatoes, tomato puree, paprika, cheese, chopped spinach and mix well
- Spoon onto wrap and fold up
- Spray the wrap lightly and cook in airfryer for 3 mins at 200c till its nice and golden
- Enjoy
