Marry Me Chicken Wrap

Ingredients: 

  • 130g chicken 
  • 1 wrap (i used old El Paso)
  • 20g sundried tomatoes 
  • 50g reduced fat soft cheese
  • 25g reduced fat cheddar 
  • 2tbsp paprika 
  • 1tbsp tomato puree 
  • 1tbsp chilli powder
  • Handful of spinach 

Method: 

  • Cut up your chicken breast and season with chilli powder and paprika 
  • Place chicken in airfryer with some spray and cook at 200c for 10 mins 
  • Place the cooked chicken in a bowl alongside the soft cheese, sun dried tomatoes, tomato puree, paprika, cheese, chopped spinach and mix well
  • Spoon onto wrap and fold up
  • Spray the wrap lightly and cook in airfryer for 3 mins at 200c till its nice and golden 
  • Enjoy

1. After cooking your batch , do NOT store until it has cooled ot an ambient temperature ( 90mins or so)
2. Food can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days
3. Ensure your fridge is set to 2 degrees
