This garlic bread Nando’s chilli jam flatbread fella has 46g protein and tastes sensational!
It’s also fairly simple to whack together 🥳
Shopping List:
1 flatbread (deli kitchen)
150g chicken
10g nandos seasoning
1 tsp light butter
1 tsp garlic puree
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
Handful shredded lettuce
1/6 red onion sliced
1 tbsp perinaise
Sauce:
2 tbsp chilli jam
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp water

Step by step:
Cover the chicken in Nando’s seasoning the airfry at 190 for 17-18 minutes
Make up the glaze by bubbling chilli jam, honey and water then add chicken in.
Mix together the butter, garlic and parsley then spread on flatbread.
Airfry at 190 for 3-4 minutes
Layer it up with veg of choice followed by chicken and perinaise 😍
