Nandos Chicken Burger and Chips (03/03/25)

Ingredients:

  • 300g chicken mince 
  • 2 tbsp nandos peri peri seasoning 
  • 300g potatoes 
  • 2 tbsp cheesy chips seasoning 
  • 2 brioche buns 
  • 60g reduced fat halloumi 
  • handful of lettuce 
  • 2 tbsp perinause 
  • 2 tbsp chilli jam 

 

  • Method: 
  1.  Season the potatoes with the cheesy seasoning and some spray oil and AF for 18-20 mins at 200c. 
  2. Season the chicken mince with the per peri rub and flatten into burger shapes and fry for 12-15 mins till fully cooked through
  3. Add the halloui to the pan with 5 mins to go and cook till golde.
